[SOLVED] – It was a caching issue that loaded an old CSS-file which caused the problem. See Nick Roach’s reply below.

I am having problems exporting Divi layouts as .json files. When I try to do it this is what I see. It says that a .json file will be exported, but the button says “Export to Divi Cloud”. I don’t want to export to Divi Cloud – I just want the .json file. Also, if I click the “Export to Divi Cloud” button nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

Following. It seems it’s part of the new update. I had to roll back Divi to get the download option back.

Are you in Divi > Divi Library? or somewhere else?

Yes, the Divi Library. Found out it’s a bug in the new Divi version. If I downgrade I can export again.

Clear your caches. You are loading an old CSS file, which is causing the export button to be hidden.

Also, check your performance plugins and turn off any setting that removes URL variables for “performance.” Otherwise, every time you update a theme or plugin you will need to clear your cache to load the latest files.

Yup.. Got it. Thank you for the advice Nick! It works again now..
