UPDATE: Resolved. It was a cache issue which I have finally sorted. Thank you to everyone for your support. Really appreciated.

Oh my goodness. A stressful afternoon with no positive result. The front builder on my WordPress divi theme website is longer worker. When I go to edit any text or any anything it goes to what you see here. So I have no access to my text, settings, nothing at all. I edit a client’s website and thinking it maybe my MacBook I went to hers but hers is still fine and I can edit hers. What on Earth has happened to mine? Would anyone have a clue please? Thank you in advance.

of course I have done that but no one answers. Believe me I haven’t asked here in the first moment of having a problem!

Check the dev console for JS errors. F12 on PC. Common cause is blocked script. If so, you usually have to contact hosting support to unblock it and whitelist the offender.

Most likely it’s a freaking plugin conflict. In divi theme option you have the option called safe mode, have you tried that?

Also, from divi theme option, builder, advanced tab click on clear button

Also, login to your ftp server and from wp-content dele de et-cache folder.

If you have a cache plugin, clear it’s cache first
