I’ve only ever experienced this on sites running Wordfence security. I don’t experience it on any of my other site.
Given it only effects some sites I’d be fairly sure it’s a conflict with another plugin or a server configuration specific issue.
If it was just plain Divi it would affect everyone all the time.
