Thanks for responding! I don’t at the moment, but my understanding is WPEngine is more locked down out of the box, so this is likely the cause. I’m waiting for client to provide their support pin so I can work on this with a WPEngine agent.
Is there something specific I should request from the agent regarding permissions?
